The quality of paints, paper and canvas used have greatly improved over the years due to an increased understanding of technology and chemistry. The colour pigments I use for my paintings are of highest quality by reputed brands including Golden, Liquitex, Daniel Smith, Pan Pastel, Faber Castel Pitt Pastel, General and more. I have personally checked each hue for its light fastness. The colours used are no more likely to fade and last long like oil paints. I use artist grade acid-free paper and canvas for all my paintings which can last forever if properly cared. I recommend that original paintings on paper should be framed with Conservation glass for protecting them from UV rays which will prevent it from any damage. The canvas paintings are varnished with high quality varnish of brand Liquitex.
The inks used for Giclee printing are of the highest light-fast standards. The ink and paper combinations or ink and canvas combinationsused, meet the industrial light-fastness standards. You can consider using a Conservation Glass while framing your print if you think that it will face direct sunlight for several hours.
Varnished original acrylic and oil paintings does not require glass but watercolour, Charcoal, Colour pencil and Pastel paintings require glass framing for protection for longer years. If your print will face direct sunlight for several hours a day then you may want to consider framing it with Conservation Glass. Conservation Glass blocks 97% of the UV rays and helps protect framed pieces, keeping the colours fresh for generations.

Canson Edition Etching Rag is a 100% cotton Fine Art paper with a smooth texture, reminiscent of the original genuine etching and printmaking papers. This depends on the products ordered. Original paintings are dispatched immediately once the order is placed. So it can reach you within 10 days within India and anywhere between 14-21 days worldwide. Prints, book and other items are printed on order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you’re still not sure, just contact us. We’ll be happy to help.

We are using FedEx and other courier services for delivering your purchased item which requires a signature on delivery. Please note: unfortunately, we are unable to deliver goods to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Yes, you can. If you are coming personally to pick up the purchased items then make sure to bring a proof of your identity. If you are sending someone to pickup the purchased product then make sure that the person is reliable as he/she will be responsible for delivering the products safely to you. The person coming for pickup must have proof of his/her identity, a copy of your proof of identity and a letter of authority duly signed by you which clearly specifies that you have authorised him/her to collect the products on your behalf. Please note: once the products are safely handed over, the responsibility towards delivering the purchased items are no longer with us. Once you pick up the purchased products from us, you cannot return them back for any reason.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately just so they can get to you faster. So you may not receive all of your items in a single delivery.
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once you purchase. So, please be sure that you have selected the right item(s) before submitting your purchase order. In case you have used cheque for purchasing instead of online payment for your purchase through this website then once the cheque is cleared, you cannot cancel your purchase for any reason.
Original paintings are shipped in damage proof fiber tube and are fully insured at the time of shipping. You cannot return an original painting once purchased. For all other products purchased from this site, if you’re not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, just let us know within 2 days of receiving it using the Contact Us form .You can then return it to us using the original packaging on the address specified in the Contact Us form. For a refund, the returned products must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase. And, once we receive it back safe and sound, we will refund you in full for the product, or you can choose another one to replace it.
